Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shaadify wedding-planning app and website ("Shaadify"). By creating an account or using Shaadify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Shaadify. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Shaadify. In particular, you will not:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or offensive content.
• Add other people's personal details (such as guest contacts) without an appropriate basis to do so.
• Attempt to breach security, disrupt the service, or access data that is not yours.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the service or its content.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (guest lists, photos, notes, messages). You grant Shaadify a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the service to you and the collaborators you invite. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to share it.

4. Collaborators & guests

When you invite collaborators to a wedding, they can view and edit that wedding's information according to their role. When you send invitations, recipients can view limited event details and submit an RSVP via a link. You are responsible for who you invite and what you share.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, plans, and billing cycles are shown at purchase. Payments are processed by our payment providers (Razorpay and Google Play). Subscriptions renew according to the plan you choose unless cancelled. Refunds and cancellations are handled in line with the applicable app-store or payment-provider policies and applicable law.

6. AI features

Shaadify's assistant and drafting features use AI and may produce inaccurate or incomplete output. Review AI-generated content before relying on it. AI features process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Shaadify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shaadify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Shaadify and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
