Delete your Shaadify account

You can permanently delete your Shaadify account and its data at any time, directly in the app. This page explains what deleting your account removes, what it keeps, and how to do it.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Shaadify app (or the web app) and sign in.
2. Go to Settings, then the Danger Zone.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm with Delete forever.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and your sign-in identity.
• Every wedding only you belong to — its guest lists, budgets, tasks, timeline, vendors, invitations, and uploaded photos.
• Your notification tokens, billing records, and assistant history.

What stays

Weddings you share with other people keep existing — you are simply removed from them, so their planning is not lost. Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, tax, security, or backup purposes, and residual copies of uploaded files may persist in backups for a short time after deletion.
